After tearing his ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) during my Sophomore season playing soccer for the University of Central Florida, I first experienced the benefits of proper fitness—working closely with a trainer to rehabilitate his knee without surgery after being told he would never run normally again. A part of me died that day the field, but nine months later I was reborn as I on the soccer field a better athlete– and with a deep passion for proper training and nutrition.
After joining his college’s sports medical staff, I worked and trained with dozens of athletes to overcome injuries. And over the last five years, he has trained hundreds of individuals in gyms, and physical rehabilitation centers all over the country.
I am currently an assistant athletic trainer for the NY Red Bulls of major league soccer where I have the opportunity to work with incredible athletes and live my dream every day.
I also offer one on one and online fitness training for individuals and groups alike.
