POLL: KITS – Names Or No Names?

Did anyone else notice that the Red Bulls have been playing the entire offseason without their names on the back of their kits? I did. And I know it is a preseason look that will be ditched once the start of the season commences, but I have to tell you – I really like it! It is a classic, crisp style that franchises employ from all types of sport flagships throughout the world. It is the standard in international football, meant to show deference to the represented nation and not the players. In American culture, teams like the Yankees do it for the same reason – the logo on your chest is more important than the name on your back.

Now, I know that their names will be there at the start of the season no matter what happens. And though it is a moot point, I was wondering – would you prefer kits with a name or just a number on the back?

Yeah, he's on Latin time this year, LOL...but good things come to those who wait, right?...and we save the best for last !!! It's my dream to catch a game up there in that gorgeous new stadium, and would love to see a dynamic scoring tandem, on the back of those cool new jersies with ANGEL and SERNA.

I read you every day religiously on my cell, I just don't comment as much as Mi Amor often has our laptop !!! You and Ives are my two favorites hands down, nothing else can compare !!!

I still go first to NY Redbulls, then Redbulls.the Offside, then Big Apple Soccer, then Soccer by Ives, then MLS Rumors, and Big Soccer...so I start with a laugh and end with a laugh.

Oh and P.S. I still know a very dynamic Colombian forward, who would be a perfect fit for the "NEW LOOK REDBULLS" we are seeing lately, and would be amazing in that beautiful new stadium...famous for hat tricks, among many other talents...LOL !!!
