<p>Marmol is no longer our issue <strong>(unless we win some sort of bidding war).  </strong>And life moves on . . . </p>

<p>The Neverending Story Continues.</p>
<p>In the latest from <strong>Lider Marmol</strong> and the Chicago Fire, Luis Arroyave is reporting that Chicago coach <strong>Dennis Hamlett</strong> has <a href="http://blogs.chicagosports.chicagotribune.com/soccer_redcard/2008/04/hamlett-fire-ha.html?cid=110171220#comments">no intentions of giving up his chase for Marmols services</a> (possibly pressed more so due to the Conde affair).</p>
<p>Osorios response?</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;We&#8217;re giving ourselves a final week,&#8221; Osorio said after Tuesday&#8217;s practice. &#8220;If we can get the deal done, great. If not, we have to move on.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>We are finally seeing the end of this woefully long and aimless tale.  </p>
<p>Hopefully, <strong>Chris Innes</strong> (whom has been impressive in training this week) will be the answer where Marmol was not (thank goodness we have other options!).</p>
