BULL MARKET: Playoff Run!

By: Dave Martinez | November 11th, 2008

Sure, the real world continues to ride the rollercoaster of uncertainty, but the BULL MARKET continues its buying ways! Smart investors are being awarded this week, as the reported yields on some previously forgotten penny stocks has made many a trader rich. This is why the BUYS will focus on previous penny stocks gone wild!

Overall, a great few weeks for the Bulls, and a great hibernation for the bears. Its the 90’s all over again!

Here is your analysis this week:

BUY

LUKE SASSANO (LS)
This penny was trading incredibly LOW for weeks. Below the radar and rarely explored, LS was all but forgotten until about two weeks ago. The fall of competitors CM (Carlos Mendes) and SS (Seth Stammler), and a weakened stock in PTRO (Juan Pietravallo) has thrusted LS to the front of this industry. With a good eye on the field, LS has been able to do the impossible – go from the poor house to the penthouse.

SINISA UBIPARIPOVIC (UBI)

Here is a penny that everyone was waiting to explode. UBI has always been on the perimeter of greatness, but given a chance, the stock has been able to outperform the current market in a big way. Just like LS, UBI has been able to take advantage of hobbled competition, and has branded the UBI name well enough to gain recognition from the Johnny come lately speculators. UBI is a stock you have to buy low on, and hold for the entire ride!

DANNY CEPERO (DC)
DC is a stock that has always had promise. A change in atmosphere, and a financially bound JC (Jon Conway) has enabled DC to secure his industries top position. ZT (Zach Thornton) went down earlier this year. BSS (Boss) has made a great impression, but has lagged DC all year. Facts remain, DC has taken control of the market after trolling the bottom of the bunch.

DIEGO JIMENEZ (DJ)
And has been the theme with all of these penny stocks, DJ has outperformed the competition in a big way. Industry leader JP (Jeff Parke) will be a hobbled stock for the next 2-3 quarters. It has made room for DJ to make an impression. That impression has already begun with the partnership agreement established with competitor AB (Andrew Boyens). This will definitely increase its market share. Buy early on this young stud!

HOLD

JUAN PABLO ANGEL (JPA)
For all of you that have been taking our advice here at the TORB, you must be finding yourself a rich person today. JPA has gone through the roof! The reason I have pulled JPA to hold is that I believe it is about to reach its 52 week high VERY soon. This is a time for the wise investor, who got in early, to reap the rewards. Sit back, give this stock 2-3 more weeks, and collect your winnings!

DAVE VAN DEN BERGH (DVDB)
Here is another stock I have loved all season, and just like JPA, you can sit back and enjoy the profits on this one! DVDB has been a standard this year for all competitors to be measured against. When the company experienced turmoil, so did the industry. When DVDB began to come back, so did the industry. DVDB is a mover and the rest follow its lead. Hold and collect!

SELL

JORGE ROJAS (JR) and GABE CICHERO (GC)
When these Venezuelan strong holds entered the Bull Market, people bought in low and enjoyed the inevitable rise that comes with highly touted IPO’s. As the market settled, GC and JR both showed signs of cracking. GC has lost more than 75% of its market share as AB and DJ continue to take control of the industry. JR has fallen flat and is being threatened by young upstarts (UBI) and veteran presence (MM – Mike Magee) looking to take control of the field. It is a good time to leave these stocks and await a buying opportunity. Don’t try to weather this storm, as no one knows when it will end for these guys.

RSL is on the horizon now, and is looking for a clear dominant control of the field. We will be back next week to see how RSL’s quarterlies effect this Bull Market.
