Angel UbiI cant believe they would actually go 4-4-2. Im betting Ubi falls back a bit and so does pietra with a 4-1-3-2 type formation.
Also, 344 minutes without conceding a goal Conway is 60 minutes away from beating Meolas goaless streak for New York.
Ok time to watch.

HOLY! Conway plays the ball in the air and volleys it high and to the right. Gutierrez takes a shot at the open net and Jimenez was the only one covering back, and he one shot it out of dangers way.
Like I said - I am loving Jimenez.

Ugh. 35th, a BAD clearance from Jimenez (I jinxed it) straight to the mouth of the goal and King tucks it in low past a leaping Conway. Ugly Ugly Ugly.

What have we missed? Pietra was way off and subbed, Freeman was reaaaalllly off and was subbed, the Bulls have been putting on great pressure, but arent finding any clean scoring opportunities. Chicago is playing excellent d.

80-82 - HOW many times will they pull Dane back when he has a clear run?! God forbid they make the call . . . . OMG! ANGEL! in the 81st . . . header from DVB passed to Angel, creates a huge opportunity and barely misses far post!
Hate hearing Max and Chris saying that Angel is being practically wasted in RBNY with teh lack of service, but this game would be a case they would probably win. No one is finding the forwards.

88th - Angel looks pissed. Visibily pissed. Every opportunity made and created is wasted. And Stammler hits Heron from behind, kills momentum, and they have to start from the back again and try to build.
PS: Wilman Conde is a wall of a defender.

Appreciate this, as I was out w/ hurricane prep…the storm not the team, lol…Gators whooped em though…Italy was great, love my Messi today too, USA slid by pre storm slam…guess all my teams cant win, but to get MURDERED by Stephen King, isnt he too old to play? lol! p.s. with Eche on season ending injury status, they COULD bend the MLS ITC rules date, and bring back my dynamic Colombian to pair w/ JPA, to ease his pain!

btw - Messi yes, but Tevez with another red? Ooof. They were kinda uninspired. And the US in that mudfield? I really felt an upset may take place. Not impressed by any of my teams this weekend (so I turn to American football to watch the Jets Dolphins game - where I know my boy Chad Pennington will give us our first friggin loss - I love Favre, but Chad has a special place in my heart - great leader).
