The atmosphere was on par with an international match. Altidore, Mathis, and Angel are AWESOME. Hope the momentum stays with us.

I’m a relatively new New Yorker and I’m proud to be a Red Bulls fan. Last night, they played some stupendous football. But two things irritate me. One, when are American soccer fans gonna learn that you have to sit down and watch the bloody game? I was really fed up of having to jump and down like a yoyo because hot dog and popcorn wielding spectators were blocking my view of the action, as they walked backwards and forwards from their seats. Second, new York press coverage was pretty shameful – Beckham, Beckham, Beckham, with scarcely a word for the best goal of the game: that Clint Mathis volley!

London Ben . . .
Yup, thats probably because the game was so action packed and unexpectedly great that no one WANTED to sit. But I get what your saying.
And the second point is so absolutely correct. I will be posting up soon, and praise will be heavy towards Mathis.
