NOWAK SELECTS ALTIDORE, FREEMAN for US u-23 CAMP

Its been a month of extreme lows and equally exciting highs for our 18 year old wonderkind Jozy Altidore.

Petr Nowak has given our prized commodity, and our promising right back, Hunter Freeman, the opportunity to represent their countries with the under 23 squad, inviting them to the very first training camp, in preperation for the Beijing olympics.

Of course, the benefits speak for themselves – intense competition against your peers worldwide. For Freeman especially, this will be a chance for him to shine, and show what he is capable of doing on that right flank for the MNT, the day Cherundolo is done with the game.

And Altidore is given yet another stage to showcase his talents to the world. I can hear that cash register ringing . . . . cha ching cha ching!

A big hand to our boys. Their hard work has gotten them this far. And they deserve all the credit.
