Poll: Do You Believe In Miracles?

By: Dave Martinez | June 23rd, 2009

The United States chances of advancing were slimmer than Kate Moss after liposuction. So much so that practically no news outlet even bothered reporting the perfect storm scenario the States would need to qualify to the next round.

An Italian drubbing at Brazilian hands and an Egyptian beating later, the States managed the impossible, and qualified.

Tomorrow is soccer heaven for American fans in the New York area. Not only will The Showdown in Chinatown be taking place, but the USA will be facing another mega-obstacle in the form of Spain, and the Red Bulls will be seeking a win against Toronto FC in their quest for playoff contention.

And this brings me back to today’s poll: Which is more likely to happen? A US win over Spain or the Red Bulls making the playoffs?

Have fun with this one folks . . .

Which is more likely to happen?(answers)
