Red Bulls Win One (And I Missed It)

Hey. Next time I set my DVR, I have to remember to erase some South Park and Metalocalypse for extra room.

After a long day of being out in the beautiful sun, I come home to a DVR message – “MLS Soccer – You do not have enough free disk space to record this show.”

So now I am recording the 3am version.

But a quick hearsay recap?

Goldthwaite scored in the 16th via an Ubiparipovic cross from the corner. Yes. They scored on a corner. And Goldy did it with calm and precision (thank you mlsnet.com for featuring the goal and giving me a glimpse at the game).

Suppossedly, they played well in the first half – and the second half was a midfield snoozefest (This is the first game I didnt see that I think I have seen before . . . ) And they played smart overall, featuring the same lineup two weeks in a row. Three cheers for continuity!

So I will watch the replay sometime tommorrow morning and do my usual recap. Until then, feel free to comment on this win!

yea i was at the game to first half we played in their half of the field most of the time but towards the end the offense faded...as usual..dallas couldn't get anything going anyways but it was a good win with no strikers!
