Signed, Sealed, Delivered: Alfredo Pacheco

The wait is over my friends. Alfredo Pacheco is officially a Red Bull as of today (as per ElSalvador.com), and will be made eligible for this Saturdays clash against Real Salt Lake.

Thank. Goodness.

The article sites that the ITC was received, and the Red Bulls immediately transferred the required 30k transfer fee to FAS (which should keep their directors happy . . . and quiet!).

So, come this Saturday at Real Salt Lake, Alfredo Pacheco will be manning our backlines, and if one thing is certain, its this; we will all be seeing a lot of El Salvador jerseys in Giants Stadium this weekend.

Carlos Johnson showed great skill in his debut, despite the red card.It will only be a matter of time for the Red Bulls to see what Pacheco can offer. Will he be able to wake up that left sided attack?

  this is great news, i know a lot of my salvadorean people have been waiting for this. he will deff be a positive add to the red bulls and i am sure he will lead the team to a victory this weekend. the comment about the salvadorean flags is very true, the stadium will have many of those blue and white flags and colors to show pacheco that his people are there to support him. i truly believe that he will soon become one of red bulls leaders.
