i just realized Danleigh Borman makes $40,000!! and he tends to play all his positions well! what a bargain that kid is!! just makes me want Dane Richards sold off even more!!!!

Larry, I have a lineup post lined up so to speak. Good thinking ahead.

Cindy – Fire? Really? LoL I guess whatever it takes to get him moving. I will speak to Hans for you. That is thinking outside the box.

And Ethan – though he hasnt been showing it lately – I agree. Keep Miller as a starting left back, he can be solid. Borman can then come in as his sub or a left wing sub, effective on both options.

Roy Miller is much better than a lot of people give him credit for.
He is composed on the ball, has speed and knows when to overlap and he is aware of where he is

LOL Cindy is insane. Pyro Cindy! Albright, Petke, Mendes and Ream are all slow. Only Miller, Hall and Borman have speed.

having albright, petke and mendes all in the lineup at the same time would be so slow and prone to stupid errors [which is a problem they each have individually as it is, Ream too but he's a rookie i'll cut him some slack]

i want to set Dane Richards on fire. maybe then he’ll be of some use. i feel bad for Stammler, he has a place on the team, but it might now just be coming off the bench and shoring up the defense in the last third of the game. as for Mac i can only hope Henry can teach him something because homey still has NO finish!!!! [i've given on Dane ever learning to finish, hence setting him ablaze]

Also for the wings, I would do some type of rotation with Miller(who I really do not like as a player), Richards (who, despite last nights good perfomance,has been shit), Mac (who I know I said was not a midfielder, but I guess Hans could experiment with this), and Garcia. Hans needs to give IRving a shot.

Seriously people Mac in the middle. Come on, I know there’s go to be some of you out there who know a little something about football.

Mac is a target striker with decent spped and ball control. He has no vision, blance, nor does have a terrific first touch. All of these attributes are ESSENTIAL for a good CM. I mean shit, the guys a striker not a midfielder. Putting him wide right is even a stretch.

Dane surprised me last night. He has been absolute shite the past few matches but last night he was dangerous down the wing and provided some good crosses.

I think our best midfield right now would be Robinson and Lindpere. I like Seth’s work effot, but he just been too much of a risk. If Robinson is not at full fitness yet, then yeah, I guess go with Seth. Personally, I would put Tchani over Seth, but I think we know Hans will never do that.

I go with JPA Henry top: Borman – Lindpere – Robinson – Mac and YO HEY YO Hans…try my Ream – Mendes – Petke – Albright line-up. It’s tough for the gaffer to just throw Ream out wide, but..why not in a friendly?

Lads, there is NO way Mac plays the middle, just no way. He needs space and his defensive skills..well..what defensive skills LOL…I like Robinson/Lindpere middle, with ….uhhhh……(sounds of crickets)..uhhhh..i guess put Borman left and toss a coin for Richards/Ubi/Stammler/Hall ….wonder if they get Marquez, do they push Robinson back to stopper?

Larry I like your idea for the back 4.

Alex I dont agree with Richards in the middle for a few reasons.

No.1 His speed makes him an ideal outside mid who can get down field to the corner for a cross

No.2 With his height we will lose majority of the 50/50 balls in the air off of restarts.

No.3 Lindpere has done a great job in the center of the field.

I do like the idea of Kandji on the middle of th field as a center midfielder but pairing him with Lindpere takes away any defensive center midfielder and puts a big hole in the center of the field on counters. Both guys like to go up in the attacking 3rd.

Dave your thoughts of what would be a solid lineup for the Red Bulls?
