Tuesday Morning Poll: Who Would You Cut?

By: Dave Martinez | June 30th, 2009

With tomorrow signaling the Major League Soccer contract guarantee date, the expectation is that Red Bull are not done with their roster alterations.

For those who don’t know, MLS chooses a date each year on which contracts are officially guaranteed (which defeats the purpose of the word guarantee, but hey, it’s MLS!). This year, it is July 1st. And with may Redn Bull starters underachieving, I am throwing the ax into your hands.

Who would you cut if you were RB management?

Who should the Red Bulls cut before their contracts become guaranteed?(poll)

I would cut Khano, boyens, and richards. Khano because he sucks and he will be gone because we know they are most likely going ot sign obster who plays the same position. Richards becuase he sucks and dilly duka can be signed to play that position better than richards can. Boyens because he is slow and honestly not very talented, although he is a good guy.

granted Smith is a joke and Id cut him. But does it have to be only 1?

If it is only 1 then Boynes is top of my list. After watching him in the concaf cup give away that goal it confirmed everything I knew about him already.

The guy only plays football by default. Hes too dumb to teach phys ed in a gradeschool and is tall so they threw him on the pitch. Apparently in New Zealand they were deciding between him and a sheep as defensive back but the sheep got sick.

Boynes and Smith need to go.

Im not cool with Rojas either. hes aint worth the money and he gets nothing done.
