I couldn’t agree more Ng. The problem with Mbuta is that he needs to find the type of consistency where he can show that skill we all know he possesses. He just hasn’t had the chance, or when given the chance, doesnt respond strong enough. Ditto Kandji, who has all the talent in the world, but lacks the proper finish.

I think Matthew Mbuta is a really great talent and to the Red Bulls he is He is a Gold Bullion whose value has not yet been realized.@ 21K I think its an abuse of Skill. He definitely deserves far more than that.

Boyens is NOT reliable. Don’t let a few games blind you to his performance as a Red Bull before this. $52k isn’t that much, so he’s not a huge waste of money, but he’s no bargain.

$125k is not outrageous for a good starting MLS keeper.

Krupnick was a terrible decision.

It’s too bad Mendes isn’t finding time, because he has talent, but it’s just because the other CBs don’t complement him well.

I agree that overall the cap picture looks pretty good…
