USA v. ARGENTINA TODAY! GIANTS STADIUM!
By: Dave Martinez | June 8th, 2008
Well, the day I have been waiting for is finally here.
USA v. ARGENTINA
My favorite team (#1 - USA) and my favorite team (#1A - Argentina) will be fielding their top squads against each other.
The only other time I witnessed a US / Argentina match was at RFK in DC, where the US came out on top of a 2nd squad Argie team. But this is totally different.
I will be tailgating from roughly 4pm on till game time. My younger brother has an iPhone, so if you know where you will be tonite, let me know! Ide definitely be interested in meeting a few of you. Once I am in the lot, Ill leave a message here to let you know where I am.
To everyone, HAVE A BLAST!
To all that wont be there, no worries - I will be doing a write up of the game, featuring some original pictures.
Cheers everyone! We are finally here!

>>>will be fielding their top squads against each other.>>>
Not quite. For Argentina, Carrizo, Coloccini, Cambiasso, Riquelme and Tevez won’t be part of the lineup this time.

101 was intense. I am finally back home and I was in 126. 6th row. Awesomeness.
GREAT game. The ref nearly RUINED it for a FUCKING RED CARD ON DESCENT?! HORRIBLE.
Ya. I never curse. But that ws fucking ridiculous and amateur. HORRIBLE.
But what an awesome game. SO good to see ESC/Sams Army represent!
MAJOR props to Lando, Howard, Adu, Beasley, Bradley, Gooch, Pierce, Dolo, and Co. They were awesome.
And it was pretty damn cool to see *almost* the entire 1st squad (thats for you Albo!)
Good night everyone. Ill have a lil write up tommorrow.

Woooooo! that was fun fun fun!!!
I sat on sec 115 row 4 seat 1 for the first half - about 3 inches from Messi taking those corners - and was treated to some awesome offense and truly unreal goal keeping!
then I moved to sec 121 and sat right behind the US goal for the 2nd half arge push - and the rain! - with the Arge tiffosi!!!
What a fantastic time.
Ill try to post some of my shitty pictures.
