As our beloved franchise continues to leave all RBNY fans with a huge lump in their throats the past month or so, maybe, for once, they can do us a favor tonite and end our collective wait for the playoffs.

RBNY meets Mo Johnsons TFC in a “win and your in” postseason scenario.

A Toronto Loss, or A Crew and Galaxy loss this weekend. That is what it is going to take.

PLEASE. Not a tie. A Win. Lets do this NOT backing in, shall we?

WHAT TO WATCH FOR

Dane Richards v. The TFC D. Not like TFC has a D worth mentioning, but I have been waiting all season for this kids DESERVED first goal. This has to be the game.

No Claudio Again. Its a real shame we wont be seeing the Cap’n. He has re-grown on me with his recent play. Damn artificial turf. But who will we rely on, or better put, how will we look tonite?

Lets not get crazy. I think continuing our string of successive stability on the pitch would be a recipe for success. Just tweek the Reyna position.

4-3-3 : Magee (if available) and Woly as our back up forwards, Vide and the boys for mid, and the usual for the defense. If Magee isnt available, then have Mathis up top, sit Altidore (depending on his condition) to come off the bench.

Chris Leitch can have it, after being abused last week. Lets hope he can come through.

ANOTHER TRAP GAME?

You bet. Though we played our tails off against RSL, I think we still fell victim to the trap - you know, when you think your waste dont stink? Yea. TFC presents a perfect opponent to undervalue - they are the league record holders for most minutes without a goal. And they havent won a thing lately.

But dont forget - you have some former Metros on that side who would love nothing less than to dash our playoff hopes one more week. Just look at Mo at the top - thats the smile we will see if TFC wins. I dont want that for my lovely team . . . do you?
