Granted, organizations have a hard time getting their heads around new media and 24/7 availability, but it is exactly for those reasons that a player in this case would go the extra mile to make sure that it is OK to do what Jozy did. If you recall, most athletes that give an apology usually do it through an organization communication or under the supervision of the organization. I just hope that the young players learn from this instance. It is nice to be in contact and available to the fans but the first priority is to the organization that is paying their salaries. If he is not, he will ultimately pay with his job. As per Jozy, he needs to learn about being a professional and tactfulness. Technology has made it possible to shoot quick updates and keep others informed but he needs to check first with his organization what is allowed and what is not.
