  dont want him to go. I dont think that will improve the team. improve chemistry or improve the long term prospect.

  this offseason however we should really re-access the status of our coach.

  but for now firing him will have no real lasting positive effect.

  However, with that said, his subs and lineup rotations have been crap.

  It’s time for him to make a decision regarding who will start and what position they’ll play. There were many formation/player changes the first part of the season. He had ample opportunity to analyze each player’s skill and effectiveness at their respective positions. Put the best team on the field, and let’s see if he can coach them to victory.
