Some Reminders

On what has to be the slowest news day since the week after the 2008 season, I will simply remind you all that:

#1) I am still looking for entries into our HUMILIATING SOUNDERS PIC contest. You know, the one where your picture will be prominently displayed on Lauries Seattle Sounders page if the Red Bulls win. If they lose, well, I will be featuring Ljunberg in all his underwear glory.

So far, there have been some great pics of Drew Carey doing all kinds of crazyness, and even an eerie Kurt Cobain photoshop, but I want more! Nothing better than inviting a new team into the league with a loss and a good hazing.

#2) We have 10 teams in our nerdfest MLS Fantasy league. Join up! I am working on getting a prize to the season winner.

  I just read some stuff today. Basically, both seem to be on the cusp, but Visa issues always slow down these types of transactions, especially for players that have been “discovered.”

  It should be coming soon, but all assumptions are they are signed and awaiting papers.

  You are not kidding about being a slow day… I think there have a total of 5 postings between you, Ives, Brian, and the guys at the NY Times.

  Have you seen the new official RB website? The layout stinks, is slow to load, and the content is so obsolete.

  BTW, ESPN Deportes has some nice video of interviews of JCO and JPA. Can you tell I am really bored?
